Required to be proactive in initiating monthly deliverables, limitation of funds and costs letters, preparing and explaining EAC and ETC variances. Understanding of CLIN, Labor charging, and WBS accounting. Developing and explaining Basis of Estimates for various cost elements. Standard Job Description Programs planning efforts of an organization's activities. Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans.
