Business Planning Analyst
My client, a growing organisation in Llanelli is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. This is a temporary contract for at least 2 months with the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
You will ideally have a finance background and be highly numerate. Experience dealing with large volumes of raw data and producing forecasts is desired.
Duties include;
To conduct regular trading reviews with internal teams to maximise sales and manage stock levels.
Run weekly reports and manage availability of most cost effective / top quality suppliers.
To identify current and future sales opportunities.
Identify and manage any risks.
Liaising with production on deliveries, orders, out and amendments and distribute this information regularly to all teams.
Effectively manage stock in takes.
Review and forecasting of sales across all channels.
Determining levels of future product requirements, highlighting the areas of risk and opportunity.
To be responsible for investigating and resolving any data inaccuracies .
Ensure the accuracy of all reports produced - including strategy, sign off and business presentations.
