Business Planning and Analysis Manager (1 year contract) recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES
The suitable candidate will provide support to the senior management in making strategic direction and decision by developing strategic business plans, monitoring and evaluating departmental business plans / projects, identifying business opportunities and assessing marketing opportunities, preparing business analysis and market intelligence, reviewing the budget / forecast and revenue / expenses and system implementation
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Economics
- 8 years working experience gained in life insurance industry, preferably with similar experience in planning and analysis
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Flexible working attitude and should be able to work under tight schedule and high pressure
- Highly adaptable to changes and demanding working environment
- Numerical sensitive and yet be able to interpret data with commercial sense
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good influencing ability
- Good mastery of MS Office software: Word (including Chinese word-processing), Excel PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
