The Business Operations Analyst will be a key contributor to the Operations department at interclick and will report to the Business Operations Manager. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
Billing Costs Reconciliation
· Evaluate vendor invoices and match back to sales in salesforce.com and through knowledge of appropriate cost of sales
· Own the billing relationship between vendors and interclick
· Will help manage projects for improvement in scope areas
· Documentation and management of processes followed
· Will advise Sales and Business leadership on potential new agreements with additional or replacement vendors
While the role isn’t all technical all the time, this person needs to have a deep technical aptitude and a solid understanding of the digital advertising industry.
· Must have experience working with vendor agreements and calculation of profit margins
· Must have CRM, especially salesforce.com, experience
· Needs advanced excel capabilities and other office based management tools
· Must have an experience working with accounting, billing and or collections departments
· Excellent with time management and organization
The operations team at interclick touches many areas of the business so it will be important for this person to enjoy a fast pace and who can work cross functionally. Along with financial expertise, this individual needs to have a leadership drive.
· Will be expected to identify improvement opportunities and to help management make it happen
· Embraces change and have the ability to identify when a process should be altered for efficiency
· Must be a problem solver and self-starter
· Attention to detail and ability to follow intricate processes will be key to success in this role
· Must be able to communicate professionally and be comfortable with persistent follow up with internal and external contacts
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills should be inherent as this person will be in contact with many individuals at all levels in the business
