Job Description
This is an excellent role opportunity for a Business Planning Manager and this position would be an executive assistant to a senior manager; from setting strategies to implementing change programs running the organisation as well as being the conduit between all the functions within the organisation; helping the function heads in achieving common organisation wide objectives.
Key Roles Responsibilities
* Develop relevant strategies/plans for organisation wide improvements.
* Ensure regular/relevant reporting from senior manager's office. Provide a consolidated view highlighting key issues and risks for management attention.
* Communicate relevant messages to specified groups from senior manager's office.
* Ensure right visibility positioning of team within the larger organisation; drive service orientation culture within the team position/market the team as service providers partners of choice
* Advise senior manager based on observations from the ground to increase effectiveness in decision making.
* Create/Review papers/presentation packs/executive summaries, management reports for senior manager.
* Implement track central initiatives and change programs.
* Manage report on organisational risk - facilitate and coordinate risk committees and track risk mitigating actions, ensure policy process compliance.
* Aid and manage financials for the organisation - Align business growth related investments to revenue targets; track cost saves, strengthen capacity resource planning
* Maintain a resource plan for the global team matching approved, and pipeline tasks with available resources, highlighting skills and capacity gaps. Tracking compliance with various HR processes on talent development across the department.
* Follow up on outstanding audit points in the group, highlighting open points for management attention.
* Organise and participate in leadership team meetings, maintain and follow-up on actions.
* Other duties of a similar nature as they arise.
* Vendors, assist in managing the key relationships by maintaining visibility over all vendor activity, upcoming contract renewals, issues and actions

Qualifications Skills
* Bachelor and/or Masters level qualifications
* At least 3 or more yrs experience in relevant domain (e.g. banking technology) in a managerial position
* Ability to operate at both a strategic level and a detailed level
* Ability to establish rapport and credibility with people of all backgrounds.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
* Strong communication skills: oral, written and presentation.
* Strong organisational / project management skills with ability to manage numerous deliverables in a timely and effective manner.
* Self-confident individual with high level of ambition, self motivation and dedication.
* Previous experience in implementing organizational change across geographic boundaries is desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills in networking and influencing.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve.
