Experience supporting Supply Chain and Operations is required
Our client is a US MNC and a global healthcare company. They are now looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner as part of the team.
Reporting to the Supply Chain and Operations Directors, your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate Operations/SCM in supporting Financial Planning / Analysis / decision making processes
- Facilitate and improve the process of budget planning and cost allocation by working closely with various stake holders in the region/country and finance
- Lead and/or participate in process improvement projects that result in greater understanding of cost to serve
- Monitor and analyze actual Country / Region performance against agreed upon plan. Report understand deviations.
- Be proactive in identifying any risks / opportunities vs. plan work closely with the countries / business / function leaders to mitigate the risks.
- Participate in the performance / budget / SOF / projection reviews with world wide / Regional businesses / function leaders and explain the performance / plans.
- Proactively provide analytical support for decision making to the Business / Function
- Financial review and planning of projects relating to Operations/SCM when assigned (e.g. new product transfer, tax optimizations etc)
To qualify for this position, you should be a qualified CPA with a Degree in Accounting or Finance, with minimum 8-10 years of experience, a few years gained in business support/commercial/strategic planning supporting the Supply Chain/manufacturing operations. Strong regional exposure gained in a US MNC environment is required. Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is ideal.
