Business Process Analyst - 12 month contract - Singapore

The client is a leading insurance provider and insurance brokerage in Singapore. Backed by a well known management consultancy, the firm is one the the leaders in their market with a broad range of products in a number of business areas. This role sits in a newly created function which focuses on strategic business transformation projects across Asia support the global business. As a key member of this small but specialised team you will be a central part of the Asia business and get the opportunity to work a number of exciting projects.

As a Business Analyst in the team you will be expected to interact with the business and senior stakeholders to understand their requirements specifically within the Claims business domain. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to be highly analytical and have an excellent understanding of data. In this process driven role you will ensure the highest quality of specifications and focus on continuous improvment.

Candidates are required to have solid Business Analysis skills working for leading financial services companies in Asia. Experience working within Insurance, notably the Claims space would be highly benefical. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be able to understand the detail whilst also see the broader perspective. This is a small team so my client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for what they do. You should be very process driven with excellent experience in change management. Any relevant certifications such as Six Sigma would be beneficial. Experience working on Asia regional, strategic change projects is necessary and Mandarin speaking skills would be a plus.

This is initially a 12 month contract with the opportunity to be turned permanent. Please get in touch for an immediate interview.
