This position is in the Default Procedures Department of the Loss Control Technology Solutions Group. This team provides process analysis and technical writing for procedural support for the Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Departments. The Business Process Analyst 2 position will be responsible for the following functions: *Lead a large project as it relates to process and procedures *Produce, follow, and update a detailed project plan and schedule from start to finish *Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various software/applications needed to create business processes and procedures *Collaborates with Implementation, Change Control, Project Management, and Business Unit Teams to ensure all Processes and Procedures achieve the need of the business unit and are of the highest quality and accuracy *Consult with vendors to identify specific training needs that are within the scope of the project and share that communication and needs with the Learning Development department to create highly executable training from the business processes and procedures *Collaborate and communicate with impacted business lines to maintain strong relationships and ensure the accurate usage of the application and ensure its long term success *Complete significant process analysis by reading procedures and system requirements *Become an expert in the processes and procedures assigned *Redesign process workflows as necessary to adapt to product, service or technology changes *Create, update, and maintain/manage all business unit procedures *Share feedback and measurement results with appropriate stakeholders *Provide timely updates to business line customers and project leadership team as appropriate *Evaluates the training programs and procedures for effectiveness and ease of use *Consults with the business in the most ethical and legal manner to ensure perfection with process and procedure details, legal requirements and internal compliance Basic Qualifications: 5+ years related industry experience. Minimum Qualifications: *Minimum of 2 years of technical writing, project management, implementation management, process improvement, process engineering, bankruptcy operations, foreclosure operations, or consulting experience *Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word *High proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, MS ExCell, InfoMapping, Tibco, Snag-it *Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem solving skills *Strong written and verbal communication, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management *Be able to work in a fast paced environment, effectively managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision *Demonstrate previous experience in a successful team environment while holding the highest levels of professionalism in a work environment *Demonstrate previous experience in execution with being proactive, dependable, flexible, and approachable, with the willingness to learn and grow *Work examples to be discussed and requested *Ability to travel cross country up to 20% of the time Preferred Skills: *4 year college degree related to business, writing, process improvement, supply chain, law, education *MBA, MEP, ME, JD or other related advanced degree *Strong consulting foundation and skill set *Experience with e-manual publishing software, such as Open Text and RoboHelp *Foreclosure and Bankruptcy industry experience *Former legal experience in Foreclosure or Bankruptcy *10 years experience in Foreclosure or Bankruptcy *Strong understanding of or direct experience in a design position of a Learning Development or Training department at a large corporation *PMP Certification *Six Sigma Green Belt experience or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
