Business Process Analyst - Supply Chain Systems

CIBER is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst who will be responsible for transforming functional requirements to documented business processes via swim lane methodology in support of multiple international business projects. This candidate should have a background in Supply Chain Business Processes and be comfortable with resolving conflict. Position duties will include: Apply business process improvement practices to manage change, define, develop, and manage process improvement implementations. Work with cross functional teams to outline business requirements; translate those requirements into organizational processes, functional designs and task level flows; and validate that the ultimate solution meets business objectives. Participate in activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and performance measurement techniques. Facilitate sessions with the process owners and users to validate the functional design of the process based solution. Execute work plans by demonstrating strong problem solving and implementation capabilities. Work with development teams to ensure understanding of process implementation strategies. Develop use cases, process maps and flows, swim lanes diagrams, website wire frames, task descriptions and input/output maps. Keep abreast of new and emerging processes / technologies, making appropriate recommendations for their use. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Business Process Design/Redesign. Understanding of Supply Chain concepts. Strong facilitation and analytical skills. Solid experience with Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Must be a movitated self starter. Must have experience in developing business processes using Swim Lane methodology/documentation processes. Ability to apply logical thinking for gathering and analyzing information; then develop, propose, and implement plan for improvement using a pro-active approach. Must have strong organizational skills. Proven track record in meeting time driven deadlines. Strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree required (in business or Supply Chain Management/logistics preferred). CIBER, Inc.
