Business Process Analyst Job in Montvale 07645, New Jersey US

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Process Analyst will support a group of stores in all aspects of the Computer Generated Ordering (CGO) system. They are responsible for reviewing data in CGO Plus to validate store compliance as it relates to out of stocks. They are to be the single point of contact for all CGO related issues within their district and are responsible for providing CGO training and coaching to all appropriate associates to optimize performance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Monitor the performance of the CGO system in a designated group of stores to ensure all required activities are being performed.
  2. Work closely with stores and the corporate office in developing best practices to enhance CGO processes.
  3. Identify and escalate issues to improve store results.
  4. Implement CGO in stores as directed and serve as the primary contact and trainer throughout implementation process
  5. Train, develop and mentor designated associates on the integration of CGO and it processes
  6. Visit assigned stores and meet with associates to review CGO and identify opportunities for optimizing system performance.
  7. Communicate all data issues to the corporate office which may affect the performance of CGO.
