Position Type: 6 Month Contract
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior Health Insurance industry experience preferred
· 4-6 years of business process engineering, process modeling, and/or business analysis experience required
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Detail oriented and strong organizational and problem solving skills
· Ability to understand and manage internal and external customer expectations
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong computer skills with the ability to work with multiple systems
· High degree of personal motivation and ability to function in an under pressure team environment
· Must meet established cross functional departmental deadlines and standards for quality and production
· Must be decisive, work independently, and handle stressful situations in a professional manner
