Business Process Analyst recruitment

Our client is a leading investment bank and is currently recruiting for a senior level business process analyst to assist with providing gap analysis and solutions within the financial advice area. This is a pivotal role specifically relating to the way advice is provided to clients ensuring compliance with ASIC regulations and moving forward being a front runner leading the way forward for the industry.

We are looking for a person who is able to imbed a quality of advice review process which has been largely defined but really need a strong analyst who can implement and roll out and really imbed the advice process.

This role will report into the project manager and you will have access to a large number of SME seconded to this project.

Business domain is within the front office and wealth management but overall will touch on most areas of the business. Previous experience within the Financial Advice space, particularly around wealth management will be ideal. In addition

Operations experience, and knowledge across front office trading and financial products such as equities fixed income managed fund structured products would be useful.

For this role you will really need to understand the business and the processes as defined within functional specifications which have already been created and provide gap analysis and drive solutions.

Key to this role will be to understand the current processes, understand the gaps in practical terms then put in documentation around those procedures and manage the communications.
