Business Process Analyst recruitment

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst. Candidate must be dedicated, self-sufficient, and demonstrate a history of accountability and delivery of complex process workflows, analysis, requirements, and system documentation. Lead analysis and undertake detailed documentation of any number of current processes oriented around the collection, evaluation and/or derivation of financial data. The resulting documentation will codify and unify existing procedures and standards. Primary objective will be to re-design operational flows and systems processes for maximum automation, streamlined workflow and transformation from end-of-day processing to a dynamic, continuous model. This position will lead, or solely be responsible, for the specifications of those changed systems and procedures. Measure of success will be a product that demonstrates the absolute minimum number of steps required for manual and systematic processing while preserving or improving level of quality/consistency in output.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Maintain an up-to-date action item list by project that captures dependant activities of all groups affected by targeted systems.

•  Escalate all knowledge of risk/issues related to actions required by other groups.

•  Continuously identify areas of functional or data overlaps across systems areas to eliminate or reduce redundancies where possible.

•  Provide timely, effective communication on status of activities
