Business Process Analyst recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and analysing business requirements and understanding their impact on existing processes and also on data, organisation, risks, controls, roles and systems,

• Defining, creating and maintaining business process models and ensuring vertical and horizontal cross process alignment,

• Reviewing business process models against global standard architecture,

• Engaging with CTB and RTB peers to market the standards and ensure compliance,

• Communicating change,

• Supporting the wider business process community in understanding and applying the methodology and tool.

Candidate requirements

You will have:

• A broad finance, preferably investment banking, background,

• Proficiency in creating business process models using a standard modelling tool preferably applying Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN),

• Experience of using Sparx Enterprise Architect (advantageous) but other modelling tools for example Casewise and ARIS are also acceptable,

• Experience from one of the Big 4 Consultancy firms (desirable),

• Understanding and experience of working with different cultures and time zones, therefore have worked on global pieces of work,

• Excellent presentation and workshop skills.

You will be:

• A self-starter, personable, intelligent and articulate with excellent written and spoken English.

• Reliable and able to use your initiative to solve problems and drive collaborative change and be constantly looking to improve the quality and output of the teams service delivery.

• Working with senior stakeholders and must be able to demonstrate previous exposure.

• Presentable and able to build open and strong relationships with internal customers and team colleagues.

• Detailed and accurate as you set the standards for our customers.
