Business Process Analyst-Sales Ops
As a Business Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc. you will be responsible for understanding the Sales Operations organization, its needs, and opportunities. You will elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements, for changes to business processes and systems. You will document business requirements and recommend solutions to help Sales Operations achieve their goals. You will work closely with Sales team members to gather user requirements for various projects and then partner with the development teams needed to execute. This position will utilize your analytical skills as well as your ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders within the organization. Qualified candidates will have strong analytical and problem solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to project manage multiple deadlines effectively, as well as, time and priorities. It is also essential that you be self motivated, results oriented, and works well in a Sales team environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Understanding core Sales Operations business processes and goals. Driving discovery and implementation of Sales Operations critical success factors. Planning the best techniques to use for the requirements definition of projects. Communicating requirements and any changes to the stakeholders. Ensuring that all stakeholders share a common understanding of requirements. Knowing how to present requirements in a format appropriate for the intended audience. Assessing documenting current processes including gaps and interdependencies. Assisting in creation and use of a consistent system and method for business process documentation that is easily understood and can be shared across departments. Defining, analyzing, and measuring information to proactively develop process improvement solutions and recommendations to increase accuracy and efficiency. Leveraging process improvement techniques to perform process analysis and identify opportunities for enhancement in efficiencies.
