Business Process Analyst/PM recruitment

  Lead the process discovery walkthroughs and process redesign sessions with business representatives, document 'as-is' processes and 'to-be' processes and analyze both to identify most impactful changes.
                        Be prepared to create and fully document organizational process requirements for assigned projects or enhancements, including org charts, workflows, business process instructions, risk controls, and communicate them to stakeholders.
                        Ensure that proposed changes/solutions effectively handle the current pain points (root cause focused).
                        Effectively separate change ideas between "low-hanging fruit" to "enhancements" and "full scale projects". Work with appropriate "Change Agents" (process owners, Finance Data Systems and PMO) to initiate changes.
 Process Reengineering/Redesign and Project Management:
                        Identify clients and stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and develop Project Scope documentation on assigned projects or project phases.
                        Support clients with robust project management methodology, ensuring scope, tasks, priorities, resources, risks, contingency plans communications are all effectively handled. Maintain a focus on task completion within timeframe and budget, in accordance with strategic priorities. 
                

Required experience includes:

Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience and knowledge with an understanding of the terminology, business functions and processes  
                        Six Sigma, LEAN, Kaizan, or other similar certification
                        MBA in business or similar field is preferred
