This position will play a key role in the Program Management business process definition and systems development lifecycle.
- Develops functional, market level, and/or site strategy, plans, production and/or organizational priorities
- Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems outside own team
- Assist in the development, communication and implementation of an organizations technology architecture and applications plan
- Work on mid to long term, large scale system development and maintenance projects
- Lead teams to define and document business and system processes
- Lead teams to define and document system requirements
- Assist in determining needed resources and establishing overall project plans; prepare project outline
- Accountable for reading and understanding all systems requirements within deliverable and providing feedback
- Identify and determine scope and resolution of issues
- Lead teams to develop detailed test plans and scripts
- Conduct system testing per requirements and assist as needed
- Prepare high-level user documentation
- Monitor system maintenance
- Responsible to project manage the tasks within a business/systems application, including problem resolution, software engineering standards and quality control standards

Interacts with all levels of the Business community, including Senior Management
- Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science or Business or equivalent experience

Strong analytical and technical skills

2 or more years of technical systems experience

Basic working knowledge of application and database programming

Define business requirements and use cases

Develop functional designs and specifications of systems

Create test plans, scripts and data and conducting tests

Support development of business cases

Project management experience

Demonstrate leadership by coordinating the requirements, specifications, design and testing efforts for small to large projects

Proficient problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills

Able to work independently. Raises appropriate questions, identified patterns, and issues to manager

Able to serve as mentor to team members

Strong verbal and written skills

Ability to document and present analysis results to other team members and senior management

Previous health care experience desired
