Essential:
· Educated to degree level (ideally)
· Proven track record of successfully implementing process change
· Experience of working for large scale companies in the IT/Technology field (or within the IT Department of a large enterprise company)
· Comprehensive knowledge of current business process best practice
· Ability to liaise between business and technology teams
· Report writing and presentation skills
· Superb organisational and time keeping ability
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Excel and Project
