Business Process Change Manager – Aerospace/Defence, Oracle ERP
Business Process Change Manager, Oracle, Aerospace/Defence Manufacturer, travel within UK, Europe and USA.
Our client is a leading Aerospace manufacturer based in Buckinghamshire.
They urgently seek an experienced Business Process Change Manager for an 18 month contract.
The role:
- Working with the EiD Programme Control team, assist the Programme Manager in organising the programme and maintaining progress reporting
- Coordinate business design team and liaise with the supporting system integrator to facilitate development of a comprehensive business process design
- Lead and guide Functional leads and SME's in the development of new ERP based business processes
- carry out gap analysis and develop a business process transition plan and training plan
Key skills:
- 5+ years Business Process Change Management
- Aerospace/Defence background
- Previous experience managing and supporting ERP programmes within an enterprise scale manufacturer.
- Oracle Experience strongly preferred.
