One of my clients is looking to hire an experienced Business Process Change Analyst to work within their Front Office Investment Team. The role holder will be responsible for all Front Office change initiatives on a global bases.
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved as this is a newly established team as the business has recognised that change needs to managed effectively and efficiently by dedicated Business Change Analysts. They are currently going through a considerable amount of change so there will be many projects to get involved in. They are currently reviewing their investment offerings and evaluating business operating models, looking at workflow tools such as share point and how they are going to become a truly global business operating on a global scale rather than locally. The Business Process Change Analyst will have to identify their strengths, weaknesses, potential efficiencies and value add functions that can be improved across the business in order to design target operating models which support the strategic vision of the business.
As the Business Process Change Analyst you will need to have the following experience to be successful:
• Investment Management (Buy Side) across Front Office, Investment, Distribution and Operations Business Domains
• Key asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives
• Key client types including Institutions, Intermediaries and Individuals
• Business Process Re-engineering
• Business Change
