Working on a number of challenging process improvement projects, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for change and obtaining buy in from key stakeholders as well as executing the roll out of the methodologies. Additionally you will be expected to provide specialist guidance to ensure continuous improvement methodologies and most efficient practises are adhered to.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must as you will be responsible for working with Senior Executives and market experts both internally and externally.
A successful candidate will also:
• Possess a post graduate process management qualification - Lean Six Sigma trained candidates are especially desirable.
• Previous experience of process mapping and review as well as balanced scorecards.
• Previously led process improvement projects
• Be comfortable using Process Management tools.
• Be a self starter and confident working on their own initiative.
Fluency in a second language would be a distinct advantage, but is not a requirement. The right candidate will also have very strong academics.
