Business Process Engineer
Business Process Engineer needed for company in East Orlando for a 6-7 month contract pasying up to $35.00 per hour for the ideal candidate. Business Process Engineering Position Requirements: Specific Requirements: This position will support E W AM BE Process Excellence team. Specific requirements of the role include: 1. Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, process mapping techniques. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. 2. General knowledge and overview on financial and accounting principles is required. 3. Need to take proactive approach for the initiatives started by the process excellence team and facilitate brainstorming sessions. 4. Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills to deal with various levels of the organization a must. 5. Good presentation and communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office is required. 6. Broad knowledge of business/engineering processes and quality systems together with an experience in Integrated Management Systems is required. ISO auditor certification is a plus. General Requirements: Potential candidate participates in analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods. Participates in recommending business processes that ensure alignment with strategic direction; integrates business processes between multiple organizations. Participates in the coordination of business process changes, assists in implementing system solutions. Education: BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas. Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Typically 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable. Key Working Relationships: Primarily intra-organizational contacts and some external contacts.
