Oversees and approves all new business process re-engineering indicatives. Advises business groups on business process alternatives and provides strategic direction on initiative selection, integration, resources and prioritization. Ensures initiative alignment with business vision, strategy and deployment within company. Manages all aspects of large projects from initiative conception through implementation to ensure consistency in implementation and smooth transition between phases. Drives the development and enhancement of measurement and analytical methodologies to ensure that appropriate parties are aware of improvements and/or changes. Directs and approves the survey and analysis of technique and process best practices. Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines. Prepares, recommends and oversees development of operating and personnel budgets. Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans, develops and recommends variances. Performs and/or oversees budget analysis. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Must have TS/SCI with CI Poly 3 to 5 plus years of recent experience or equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience. Systems Development Life Cycle; Project Life Cycle Methodologies; Requirements Engineering; Group Faciliation, Accelerated SAP. Intermediate proficiency in an Industry Standard Requirements Tool. Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred Twelve or more years of organizational change consulting experience Nine or more years of supervisory or management experience included Experience working with business process architecture, related processes and company products and services Experience working with Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management Experience working with re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques Other Qualifications Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong leadership skills to mentor and provide guidance to clients Strong communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients Ability to lead and direct in a team environment Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between tasks quickly Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks Willingness to travel Remote Work Authorized: No Relocation Assistence: Not Available Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
