Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Process Specialist:
- Serves as Liaison to IT, as well as up and down stream Business Process Owners in:
- Evaluating users' business problems and data availability.
- Recommending Business Systems solutions.
- Is responsible for:
- The analysis and evaluation of user business problems.
- Development of recommendations to meet requirements, including:
- Problem definition.
- Evaluation of requirements.
- Implementation of systems and process changes.
- Initiates innovative and effective Business Process Design, as well as Development concepts.
- Acts as a Technical or Business Consultant to the group and Business Level Managers.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Business Process Specialist position include the following:
- Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level required
- Must possess in-depth skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience, and internal recognition in specialty
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service and Order Management processes and tools
- Excellent PC skills required, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality and Process Management methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Green/Black Belt Certification a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
