BUSINESS PROCESS TRAINER
A financial services company in Ft. Wayne, IN has an opening for a Business Process Trainer. This position, through Kelly Services, Inc., will be a long term opportunity. Job Duties: o Create, develop, maintain procedures, presentations, module, and cheat sheets and training o Partners with other trainers and managers of business areas they support to assure correctness, consistency, and integration of training procedures and processes o Develop leader's guides, procedures, and on-line modules Skill Set: o Good oral and written communication and presentation skills o Strong documentation skills ( procedures, cheat sheets, communications) o Strong problem solving and research skills o Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills o 2-3 years experience in a training environment o Demonstrated experience in developing training programs and training small and/or large groups of new and existing employees Highly Desirable Skills: o Proficiency in the use of Windows, MS Office Suite, Internet and training specific e-Learning applications o Involvement in product support About Kelly Services Kelly Services, Inc.
