Business Project Manager, AVP, Private Banking – Singapore recruitment
Job Description
• Identifying key stakeholders on the business lines and support departments from front to back upon new initiatives
• Ensure requirements from all impacted departments are gathered and analyse for program/project scope
• Ensure all parties are aware of program/project scope, expected benefits, the benefits it actually realizes, and program timelines
• Identify risks and issues and define requirements/use cases
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results with the help of SME/ work stream leads for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing.
• Actively manage program progress against quality standards, targets and budgets and challenging actions, results and activities
• Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery milestones
• Engaging stakeholders by providing updates through informal or formal meetings and ensure any decisions required are consulted by all key stakeholders
• Track realization of business case i.e. process efficiency and or cost saving targets with project sponsor post project delivery
Qualifications
• Front-to-back banking processes knowledge (PB background can be of an advantage, but may not be mandatory subject to the overall skills of the candidate)
• At least 3-5 years project management experiences with a leading consulting firm within financial services or an International investment bank
• Track record in delivering major projects specifically projects delivered in an investment bank or similar institution
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and confident personality with excellent relationship skills in order to interact with the various departments (front office, products, Operations, Financial Accounting, etc)
