Business Project Manager – Financial Markets contract recruitment
This platform is being built internally with minimal vendor partnering. To be successful in this role you must have front office sales project experience and demonstrable experience with delivery around building the front end of a trading platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Business and IT Representatives to build appropriate plans to execute the project initiatives
- Engage with the business and technology to ensure all business case requirements are met
- Work with the business to identify and understand the current Risk and Issues to mitigate problems
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders, Technology representatives and vendor partners
- Prepare and deliver steering committee communications
- Apply rigorous Project Management methodologies to initiatives to deliver quality results throughout the lifecycle
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable Delivery of projects in Markets or Investment Banking Environments
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Building of comprehensive project documentation (Scope, plans, management reporting etc)
- Experience with delivery of Front Office or Back Office solutions
- Very strong relationship building capabilities
