Our client requires Business Project Managers to join their Project Management team overseeing project from inception to completion covering a range of business areas including IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising etc. It is essential for candidates applying to have full project lifecycle experience of overseeing a range of business projects. The role will involve managing projects with budgets of up to 500K for all European business units. Supervising project teams of up to 10 other associates and external resource to deliver solutions. Co-ordinating the activity for critical projects across chain, business and application boundaries. Acting as a mentor to other associates providing a high degree of business and application experience. Experience required for this role is as follows: Solid Project Management experience through the full life-cycle - Business partnering experience - Meeting and workshop facilitation skills - Ability to influence the business and assist with change initiates - Customer focused with strong relationship building and influencing skills - Ability to quickly understand new business concepts and to quickly adapt to new technical environments - Strong knowledge of business process modelling and analytical tools - Strong knowledge of project management methodology eg. Prince 2 - Good understanding of MS Project, Viso - Coaching and people development skills - Development / Application project experience - Ability to work on multiple projects, delivering on time - Work effectively within a dynamic environment.
