The Role

Overview

The Schroders Private Banking | Cazenove Capital Integration Programme has a requirement for two experienced ‘hands-on’ Project Managers to join the London team on an initial 6 month contract basis.

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible as the single point of accountability to plan, direct, and deliver a variety of moderately complex business change projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished with high quality, within established time frames and budget, and meet the Schroders Private Banking | Cazenove Capital client and business needs.

The Project Managers will be required to demonstrate solid experience within both front and back office Private Banking and Wealth management or an Investment Management environment as well as a strong background in managing business change projects.  This is not an IT role and by its nature the role requires an enterprise-wide view of the high-level business landscape in which Schroders Private Banking | Cazenove Capital operates.

As such, the Project Managers will work with a wide range of internal business areas including but not exclusively, portfolio management, operations, finance, reporting and data migration.  Applicants must possess a validated track record in managing multi stakeholder projects, as well as a proven history of successful delivery using formal methodologies.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on an important integration change programme at Schroders Private Banking | Cazenove Capital where you will have access to and visibility with senior management, and the autonomy to drive and deliver change with the full support of the wider regulatory function.
