Business / Quality Assurance (BA / QA) Analyst - HRIS Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst to lead the functions of:
- Requirements elicitation, writing functional specs, writing business requirements, developing process flows, leading JAD sessions, developing testing scenarios, and tracking defects.
- Developing testing artifacts
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a BA in an IT environment
- Excellent soft skills - written, verbal, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff both in the business and IT
- Experience with Quality Center, Doors or any other requirements management tools
- Experience interfacing with HR business stakeholders
- Familiar with components of an HRIS - iCIM, Ceridian, etc
- Process re-engineering experience
