Business Recovery Administrator
Hays senior finance are currently recruiting a Business Recovery Administrator for a leading Accountancy Practice in Norwich. You will be required to support and assist in the management and progression of cases, meeting deadlines and working closely with and learning from senior staff. Once competent it would be expected that the role would cover managing a portfolio of cases.
Main Responsibilities:
· Answering client queries or referring to senior staff where necessary
· Supporting senior staff in the progression and management of cases
· Drafting reports to creditors and calculating time costs analysis
· Dealing with routine correspondence by post, fax, telephone and email
· Bringing contentious issues to attention of senior staff
· Providing progress reports to senior staff on work delegated from them
· Adhering to all statutory and best practice issues set out in legislation and Statement of Insolvency
· Practice (SIPs)/Dear Insolvency Practitioner (Dear IP)
· Completing work in accordance with the firm’s procedures
· Maintaining case working files including IPS diary and set up data
· Engaging in open discussion problem solving and suggesting answers where possible
· Assisting with practical training and development of junior staff
· Delegating work effectively to junior staff and monitoring performance
