Business Recovery Advisory - Assistant Manager or Manager
This is an opportunity working in a Big 4 firm in Malaysian. My client is currently looking for an Assistant Manager and a Manager to join the Business Recovery Advisory team.

The Business Recovery team is valued by Clients for our ability to quickly identify problems, gain cooperation, develop viable solutions, and implement them with sensitivity and precision with the objective of resolving debts and maximising value to stakeholders.
Get the opportunity to work with expert practitioners on:
- Diagnosing causes of distress and prescribing turnaround remedies
- Managing businesses for survival
- Restructuring financially troubled businesses
- Tracing and recovering assets in crisis situations
- Advising on non-performing loan transactions
Requirements:
- Assistant Manager - at least 5 years relevant experience with recovery experience in an audit or commercial environment, preferably Big 4 experience
- Manager - at least 7 years relevant experience with recovery experience in an audit or commercial environment, preferably Big 4 experience
- Knowledge of Securities Commission andBursaMalaysiarules and regulations; knowledge of Company Law particularly in respect to distressed companies and the capital market would be added advantage
- Degree in accounting, finance, economics or any other relevant disciplines and/or professional accounting qualification
- Excellent writing skills and good verbal communications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as the role will require you to deal extensively with clients at all levels
- Adaptive, flexible and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong strategic conceptual thinking skills with the ability to distil information gathered into a concise summary
- A good understanding of the business environment with keen industry knowledge/interest, and appreciation for financial reporting standards.
