Description
The Business Relationship Manager's role is focused on retaining and strengthening existing business relationships. The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for the management of a portfolio of accounts and is accountable for the client relationship for the deals that are administered. The BRM ensures that clients receive an excellent service through regular client service review calls and meetings and ensures that they have a good knowledge of the Firm's products and services and identify potential cross sell opportunities. Strong academic background. First degree in related subject. 5 years experience in financial services.
