ANZ Corporate and Commercial Bank has embarked on an ambitious goal of becoming the #1 Corporate and Commercial Bank within Australia by 2017. Since embarking on the journey, CCB has seen revenues grow to now represent 25% of ANZ group revenues and have started to take market share from our competitors. To achieve the #1 aspiration, further investment is required and in direct response to customer feedback the Business Response Team (BRT) is being created.

We are currently recruiting multiple Assistant Manager opportunities for our South Melbourne based team. These are phone-based roles that will be involved in direct value add customer conversations, credit documentation, customer servicing requests and securities management across our commercial banking portfolio of clients.

In order to provide a flexible service proposition to meet customer needs, the Business Response Team will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These extended hours including weekends will be staffed on a rostered basis.

Successful applicants will have the following experience / skills;
• Exceptional written communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• At least 6 months experience in contact centre work environment.
• 1 year exposure across commercial banking and credit (highly regarded)
• Tertiary qualification or current studies in a financial/business related field
• Results driven approach to work.
• Flexibility to work across a 24 hour / 7 day per week roster
