We are looking for a strong Business Rules Developer/Analyst to join our payment solutions division. In this role you will design, develop, enhance, maintain and provide support in our business rule needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary role is to grow revenue and profit by developing and maintaining cutting edge Business Rules and techniques using FICO's Blaze Advisor.
Integral member in the requirements gathering, design, build, and integration phases for the Business Rules Management System (BRMS).
Analyze business requirements and solution specifications to create unit test cases and participate in test cases reviews and execution.
Gather, compile and validate source data, analyze data according to appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods, draw appropriate conclusions to effectively summarize create Business Rules that positively impact our stakeholders.
Required Skills:
•Work experience with ILOG, CORTICON, Drools, or Blaze Advisor and business rule metaphors is required
•Work experience with Object Oriented design patterns and programming is required.
•Good knowledge of SQL is required
•Must have high degree of initiative, integrity, driven (while being a team player) and have strong attention to detail is required
•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Economics, Statistics or relevant experience is required
•3+ Years Work Experience in Payments / Financial Services industry is required
Preferred Skills:
•Experience in Payments / Financial Services industry, with focus on payment processing is preferred
•Experience in JAVA / JEE knowledge and experience is preferred
•Practical Experience with Statistical Modeling is preferred
•5+ Years Work Experience in Payments / Financial Services is preferred
•Experience with UI development is preferred
