Our client, a market leader in the publications sector and an innovative company that provides an excellent environment to work in, is looking for a business / sales analyst for their customer services team.
The Business / Sales Analyst role will provisionally be a project based role for 6 months during the system redesign. Ideally we are looking for people with previous analytical experience and a strong supply chain and commercial background; however we will also consider people who have the relevant skills within other areas of managed services - IT / FMCG etc.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
·Provide good analytical skills by gathering requirement to delivering business process change
·Through proactive account and relationship management, identify and resolve or report any relationship, service exceptions or breaches.
·Customer services experience
·Excellent experience in business process mapping
·Identify development new business process in line with the changing customer demand
Although this is a project based role for 6 months it will subsequently change to a business as usual role on a permanent basis.
