Position Description:
Knology, Inc., has a great opportunity in our Panama City Division for a dynamic sales leader!
The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial customer service and sales functions for voice, video, and data services; servicing of large commercial telephone accounts; and management of the Account Executive team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to commercial accounts.
Recruits, hires, trains, motivates, organizes, and maintains an adequate staff to serve the needs of the system and its customers.
Effectively integrates the ideals of providing outstanding customer service into every aspect of the department’s operation.
Responsible for successful integration of sales and customer service activity with front office and technical activities.
Responsible for managing the department’s performance in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
Responsible for effective communication of sales activity and results to the various levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
Attributes we seek in a candidate include:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or business management preferred. Strong customer service and sales background in commercial telecommunications products and services required. Ability to organize and motivate performance within the department. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of the organization. Must be PC literate in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
