As a Lien Management Operations Support Analyst, you will evaluate production performance, perform reconciliations of systems,investigate, evaluate and identify operating processes within production areas.
Under minimal supervision, you will perform assignments of an analytic nature, prepare reports, forecasts and productivity analyses for the operations support unit, act as an operations liaison between the production areas, support area and system users in the development and implementation of work process.
Major functions include:
Perform reconciliations on departmental systems.Work with operations support team to identify and implement reporting to substantiate metrics of initiatives.Maintain and monitor all reporting requirements.Develop productivity tracking.Work with Lien Management to provide monthly operations reporting.Proactively identifies present and/or future obstacles, issues, and takes action to address them.Provide support to teams' colleagues as required.Work with National Automations team to maintain departmental MIS
Qualifications
5 years of experience in analyst role.Analytic ability and proficient technical skills.SQL Programming skillsExperience with reporting and financial analysis.Ability to articulate findings and present data in a way that is understandable to all levels of the organization.Experience developing implementation program plans.Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel are required; MS Access
PowerPoint, preferred.Proven track record on reporting and reviewing MIS reports.Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team player.
