The Commonwealth Bank is currently offering a greatopportunity to join our premium Business Service and Support Team as a Business Service Centre Associate. The Business Service Support team provide 24/7 award winning service and support for all Business and Private Banking customers.
As an Associate you will provide premium customer service and sales to Business and Private Banking customers accessing the Bank through Direct Channels (Phone or Mailbox). The role involves identifying cross-selling opportunities with existing customers and providing resolution at first point of contact. This team price interest rates via the live market for a number of Money Market Products to support a national portfolio of customers, predominately in the CFS and LBB segments. This role will enhance your understanding of financial markets, capabilities and development with the opportunity to be multiskilled and trained across the Business.This will see you start the career you have always wanted!
As an Associate your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound calling to support marketing campaigns
- Originate and initiate fulfilment for both business and retail products
- Service Business and Private Bank customer requirements in the direct channel
- Handling general product enquiries, maintenance and administrative duties
- Proactively working with team members to achieve desired outcomes
- Use your exemplary communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills to rectify enquires and offer solutions
Ideal Candidate:
- Call Centre/Customer service experience (minimum2 years)
- Previous experience working towards targets/KPI's
- The ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and approach to Customers and Clients
- Experience working with complex and multiple internal computer systems
- Finance industry experience or interest desirable
