My Client, a well-established company in the service sector are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager, to join their contact centre team.
For this role of Customer Service Manager your duties will include:
Focussing on continuous improvement
Practical Project Management
Managing team, resolving any issues and maintaining improvement
Being a team player
Liaising with other managers
Staff planning and change management
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in line management of contact centre and be advanced level at Excel

£30,000-£35,000
8.30am-5.30pm
