This is a national firm offering a range of tax, accounting, assurance, superannuation and wealth management solutions to a diverse client base with a first class reputation for innovation and client service.
They have ambitious growth plans and are seeking to acquire partnership expertise.
There is a profitable existing client base and the firm expects to see the continued growth of this division.
With this in mind you will possess strong business development skills and ideally some level of transferable client base although this is not essential.
Working closely with the managing partner you will contribute to the further development of the business services division and its strategic focus.
You will provide inspirational leadership to your team and mentor managers within the firm as they work to improve their capability.
Naturally your flair for client relationship building will be first rate and you will demonstrate a proven track record of success in this space.
In addition your strong technical skills and commercial acumen will ensure clients always receive the best advice.
