Coming into this Mid Tier practice at a Senior level will see you grow even further in 2 main ways;
Firstly, you will benefit from working closely with highly skilled and experienced Partners and Managers who are keen to develop you to the highest level.
Secondly, your leadership abilities will be tested and enhanced whilst you mentor and train up 2 dedicated junior accountants and guide them through the CA program.
Your efforts here will be highly recognised and rewarded. See yourself evolve into a 'Supervisor' soon enough and eventually manage your own team.
Functioning along side a group of 6 in this Business Services Division you will directly support a Partner and 2 Managers with a large portfolio of fees in excess of $1.5m.
Clients you'll be exposed to are large blue chip corporate companies, HNI's and SME's spanning across a wide range of industries. Expect a lot of client liaison to take place.
