By being given control over your own portfolio worth around $300K in fees, you have the opportunity to grow your portfolio and sharpen your business development skills through networking and referrals. Proving yourself adept at this element of the role will no doubt put you in good stead for the step up to management.

You will ideally have 5-7 years Australian public practice experience and be CA qualified.
