Business Solution Architect

CIBER is currently seeking a Business Solution Architect to be involved in the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and applications plan, including the components required to support it and in the integration of corporate and business architectures and applications. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating, administering and supporting activities related to data planning, data recovery and development of related projects. This position includes all types of IT business architects as well as IT technical architects. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed. Responsibilities Include: Work with Capability Architect to define system scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and business requirements review. Works with less structured and more complex issues. Collaborate with customers and technology teams using approved SDLC processes. Map data and process requirements across the clinical enterprise. Perform data analysis using data requirements to provide standard structure and definitions across the clinical enterprise. Provide guidance on ways to standardize process flows across clinical enterprise to business partners where process steps impact applications. Negotiate, resolve, and prioritize complex issues and discrepancies-of-opinion by user groups. Serves as a resource to others. Lead / facilitate the creation of a OOM estimates. Maintain an overall platform capability roadmap for relevant components/capabilities. Work with other capability owners to identify similar project objects to build reusable development outputs. Qualifications: 5+ years basic experience with business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, software design, and SDLC methodologies. 3+ years experience streamlining and standardizing business processes. SQL experience to include running queries, writing statements, table relationships and data types. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong technical background with successful understanding of business strategy and driving software solutions to meet those initiatives. Strong negotiation skills. Customer focused with the ability to multi-task and work under broad, general direction. Minimum of 3 years experience in the Healthcare industry preferred but not required.
