Business Solutions Manager, Non-Commercial
This position is responsible for leading and managing the customer relationships for the non-commercial areas around identification and development of IT technologies. This includes development and management of business cases on initiatives/changes, project management, training and enabling effective use of the technologies, as well as the assessment of whether the solutions were successful through post-implementation reviews.

- 3-5 years experience developing and implementing successful IT solutions for the business
- 3-5 years experience in a business operational role
- Deep understanding of customer business processes
- Ability to provide proactive ideas and solutions to customers
- Extensive knowledge of business best-practices
- Functional expertise of technical solutions used by assigned customer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and simplify complicated concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, both in support of team building responsibilities and in support of needs of the overall organization
- Ability to multi-task and manage an unpredictable workflow
- Ability to apply process map manner of thinking to assess and improve existing ways of working
- Ability to develop clear and acceptable business cases
- Travel required
