Business Solutions Sales Representative
Position Description:
As a Siemens Enterprise Communications New Business Solutions Representative, your challenge will be to build upon our track record of success within the Enterprise (1000 + employees/users) markets within your Defined Metro Area by identifying, developing and winning complex unified communications solutions and services that solve our customers' enterprise communications needs. Your success in managing and growing multi million dollar sales goals will be rewarded with a top tier commission program. You will develop and implement plans for strategic accounts and new logo prospects that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. You will pursue long-term account strategy that maximizes profits and assist in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers. You will develop a complete understanding of the organization's structure and key buying influences of assigned account. You will perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product / solution / service offerings. You will provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
Work Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of Demonstrated New Business skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar sales goals
- Experience in using ROI tools and Financial Modeling as a part of your sales process
- Successful negotiator with C-level decision-makers
- Clear concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skills
- Experience selling Communication (Voice, Data, VoIP, Collaboration) solutions or related software or IT services within the Defined Geography
- Be prepared to provide examples of successes in consultative solutions selling and demonstrate the drive and skills needed to effectively manage your market and customers
- Applicant need be prepared to furnish ranking documentation, award certificates and W2’s for proof of success and earnings
Work Experience Desired:
- Relationships within Defined Metro Area with large enterprises, and channel partners including Verizon Business, Shared Technologies, Black Box, is a plus
Education/training/required:
- Training in advanced Account Management and Selling techniques though top-tier programs such as: Holden International Sales Training, Achieve Global, Critical Path Selling, or Target Account Selling
Education/training/desired:
- College Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
