Business Specialist recruitment
The role forms part of a team of dedicated Business Specialists within Business Banking and will support the Small Medium Enterprises (SME) sector with turnover up to £2m, switcher accounts and clubs and societies wishing to open accounts over the telephone or online.
This is a key role in Business Banking designed to support customer needs, enhance the customer experience, drive new business and increase income opportunities over the phone or on line. In it you will be responsible for providing service and support to potential new SME customers in the Business Banking sector and Clubs Societies, handle direct calls from customers and handoffs from Branches to undertake start up interviews and work collaboratively with the local Business Managers to establish new customer relationships.
To succeed, you will need to consistently adhere to compliance, credit, operational, regulatory, business self assurance and key control processes, have an understanding of the challenges SME’s and Clubs Societies face and the environment they operate within and consistently follow our sales and service processes, carrying out full and effective use of all available sales technology.
