Core team responsibilities

Reception cover associated duties
Answering phones (forwarding calls / messages to the relevant person / team)
Scanning, photocopying, printing, binding laminating
Scanning interview notes and uploading onto EZ Access
Some PA work
Transferring documents into PDF for consultants
Cover other admin areas during holiday / sick absence; additional admin tasks
CV formatting and forwarding to relevant areas of the business
PowerPoint presentations
Training other members of the team on new tasks
Maintaining tidy office area floor monitoring
Maintaining tidy kitchen area
Ad hoc duties and as requested by manager
