As part of the Investment Insurance, Retail Banking, Singapore, you will support product managers in developing and managing Investment Insurance business with focus on implementing process and system improvements in a compliant and customer-centric manner. This will mean developing efficient processes and systems which enhance productivity and revenue growth.

You are tasked to identify gaps for process re-engineering and system enhancement for better efficiency, improved customer experience or cost savings. You will add value to product management by overcoming/resolving day-to-day process, system and documentation issues and maintain up-to-date process and product documentation.

In addition, you will provide guidance and co-ordinate with the various stakeholders and touch-points to ensure that they support and implement the recommended changes or understand and comply with the existing process and procedures.

Qualifications:
A strong customer focused individual with 5 years of Banking experience and sound knowledge in Investment Insurance Products processes and related regulatory requirements. A degree holder in Banking Finance will be preferred. Prior Project management experience will be highly regarded. Other important skills for this role will be meticulous with excellent planning, organizing, analytical skills and communication skills.
