Business Support Manager recruitment
You will provide Murex support for users in the front office, and keep a close relationship with the respective trading heads and ensure that IT and business alignment is visible.
You also will carry their system upgrades in collaboration with London or other cities, and communicate with other users and pass the information to business analysts and project managers.
You will need to provide training seminars and workshops for users and IT teams, and promote the image of the IT function within the Bank, generate awareness to management of strategic issues, alert the head of I.T, provide advice on issues resolution.
Also train business user of product configuration, trade booking, trade life cycle management and positions monitor using Murex system.
To be qualified for this role, you need to have strong product knowledge in financial market, FX Spot / Forward, FX Derivatives, Bonds, Bonds Option, Swaps, IR Future, IR Options, Equities Derivatives, and also MUST have knowledge of Murex, including simulation, configuration of business data e.g. curves, generators, volatilities and the ability to analyse PL, Greeks by using Murex. Knowledge of OSP and related workflow queue, Murex EOD processing and Datamart are desirable. Knowledge of Control-M and Unix Shell are useful. Good software development skills including programming, testing and requirements analysis.
